I'm not even completely sure when it started but recently I've been noticing a clunk/clicking noise from the front right side of the car after I've made a full lock right hand turn, when the steering wheel is returning to center, I hear the noise.Oct 06, 2014 · The impact might be too much, but no noise now. It is happening when the jeep is at a full stop, or while moving. It's a pretty good click when turning to full lock on the passenger side. If it is infact a clunking noise than it is 99% chance the bottom arm bush that has failed or on the way out. The bottom arm bush on my brera failed on track and the rubber around the metal sleeve completely deteriorated and caused this clunk when turning and on full lock.Once turned near full lock it drags the wheel out of your hand and starts to clunk and shake violently like i said. . . . I presume that being stationary precludes the liklihood of anything in the drive train.. I watched it a few times and the noise seems to come from the driver's end of the panhard rod. At times it happens when just turning the wheel to the left with no incline, but its usually when coming in or out of an incline and turning left, never notice it much when turning the wheel to the right.
